Nestled in a peaceful corner near the famous Venetian Well, it allows guests to experience Corfu as locals do — surrounded by the everyday life, sounds, and colors of the Old Town. Wander through the narrow kantounia streets, discover hidden squares, and enjoy a truly authentic Corfiot stay.
As a welcome gift, guests receive a complimentary set of LOC Natural Products toiletries (3 travel-size items), crafted locally with natural ingredients.

Booking Cancellation and Refunds
Booking Terms: All bookings are confirmed only upon full payment.
Cancellation Policy (Non-Refundable Rate): All payments are non-refundable. In case of cancellation, modification, or no-show, no refund will be issued.
Early Departure: If guests depart earlier than scheduled, the total booking amount remains non-refundable.
Booking Confirmation & Check-in: All reservations are subject to identity verification. If not approved, the booking will be canceled with a full refund. The company reserves the right to cancel a booking and issue a full refund. A valid ID or passport of the main guest is required at check-in.
